About

After years of working in legal administration and public relations I made a drastic career change to apprentice truck and transport mechanic.

Being the only woman in my heavy mechanical trades class I had many opportunities to speak publicly on behalf of my college, my program, skilled trade workers and most importantly on behalf of women in trades.

These experiences sparked a passion and since 2014 I have had the privilege of working for incredible organizations in Newfoundland & Labrador and British Columbia that support women in skilled trades.

Although I’m no longer on the tools, my experience as a female apprentice was truly life-changing and led me to become a certified coach practitioner and facilitator.

I’ve spent years navigating the skilled trades, both as an apprentice and through my work supporting other women in industry. Along the way, I’ve learned the power of knowing yourself, your values, and how they influence your success both personally and professionally.  I hope to help you do the same.
