“I really enjoyed participating in intention setting with Leigh. I was a little nervous, initially, not being familiar with this type of practice or confident in my ability to "do it well". But Leigh supported me, and our group, with lightness and warmth. I felt firmly supported and was able to embrace the process. I was surprised by how much it would move me. It was my own ideas, feelings, dreams and wishes that were the guiding force, but my intentions took shape into something more tangible, that even I was able to better understand. It provided a lot of groundedness and I walked away feeling like I was in a much clearer head space.”

“I truly believe in the power of intention setting, and Leigh’s session was such a meaningful experience for me. Some of the intentions I set that evening are already coming to fruition, which just reinforces my respect for this process. Highly recommend!”

Leigh is a wonderful mentor to women and gender-diverse individuals entering male dominated trades. She presents to the Orientation to Trades and Technology class at CNA once a semester, and is a magnetic speaker who always captures and holds my students' attention. She is a truly inspiring woman and a wonderful addition to the OTT curriculum. I would recommend Leigh to speak at any relevant public event in the field and hope to continue partnering with her for years to come!

"I have had the pleasure of having Leigh at a few speaking engagements and she has been amazing at all of them. In October 2017, she sat down with me for an interview on the podcast "Best of the WWEST" where we talk to women about their career paths and how they got to where they are now. Leigh was so great at sharing her story in an honest way, telling both the good and the bad but always looking on the bright side. We also had Leigh come speak at our "WinSETT Leadership Workshop: Navigating Politics at Work" in April 2017 event where Leigh inspired our attendees with her career journey. I was inspired to invite Leigh into our workshops and onto our podcast after seeing her speak at the We for She BC conference in October 2016 where she confidently gave her talk in front of 1500 attendees. She's a joy to work with and her story really sets her apart."

"We had Leigh lead a workshop on “Speaking in Front of Large Audiences” during my time as a VP Events with Young Women in Business Society. Leigh is very eloquent, yet down to earth and easily relates to everyone in the audience. She impressed me with the amount of preparation and dedication she invested in the event - a quality that is much appreciated by event planners. By having Leigh speak at your event you not only feel confident that she’s going to deliver, but also gain a supporter for life - Leigh attended many YWiB events since and continues to show support. I highly recommend Leigh as a speaker for anyone’s event - big or small."

"We had the pleasure to have Leigh speak at our International Women Day Panel at BCIT. Leigh is a wonderful public speaker, enthusiastic and resonates with her audience. Her shared stories and passion is truly an inspiration to many of us. I would strongly recommend Leigh as a public speaker and motivator."
